Trump to hand out trophy
US president Donald Trump will present the 2026 World Cup trophy, FIFA have announced.
A great friend of football's governing body president Gianni Infantino, Trump previously presented Chelsea with the trophy at last year's Club World Cup.
He was also the first recipient of FIFA's Peace Prize, which was awarded to the United States' commander-in-chief at the draw for the 2026 World Cup in Washington DC in November.
